These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the RECKSTATE online store. By accessing our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

ABOUT RECKSTATE

RECKSTATE sells branded clothing, merchandise and related products through this online store.

Some products are produced and fulfilled on our behalf by third-party production and fulfilment partners.

PRODUCTS

We aim to display and describe our products as accurately as possible.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, garment manufacturing, printing processes and, where applicable, the nature of washed or distressed garments.

Product measurements and sizing information are provided as a guide. Please check the relevant size information before ordering.

ORDERS

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products in your order at the prices shown.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where there has been an obvious pricing or product information error, suspected fraud, payment failure, or where a product cannot be supplied.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, any amount due will be refunded.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the store.

Any applicable shipping charges, taxes or duties will be displayed or calculated as part of the purchasing process where applicable.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

PRODUCTION AND FULFILMENT

Some RECKSTATE merchandise is produced to order.

Production and fulfilment times are separate from shipping times. Estimated delivery information is provided in good faith but may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing and incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you discover an error in your delivery information.

International orders may be subject to customs procedures, taxes, duties or other charges depending on the destination and how the order is fulfilled. Where such charges are not collected at checkout, responsibility for them will be determined by the applicable laws and terms of the sale.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Unless otherwise stated, RECKSTATE branding, original artwork, graphics, designs, photographs, written content and other original material appearing on this store are owned by or licensed to RECKSTATE.
